Travers Smith LLP has advised the senior management team of Heywood, a leading provider of pension technology solutions, on the investment into Heywood by Keylane, a leading European provider of pension and insurance technology. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Heywood is a leading provider of pension administration, data, and member engagement technology, supporting public and private sector schemes across the UK and internationally. With 50 years of expertise, and a client base of more than 180 organisations serving over 8 million members, Heywood deliver modern, scalable solutions that help pension organisations operate efficiently, meet regulatory demands, and offer outstanding experiences to their members. The acquisition of Heywood is the first since Keylane partnered with Pollen Street in 2024.
