Marshall Gerstein is once again pleased to receive the Top Performer and Compass Awards for 2026 from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The Top Performer Award recognizes those organizations who are most engaged with LCLD’s programs and activities throughout the year. The Compass Award recognizes those individuals and organizations that fulfill all of the following requirements within a single calendar year: (1) Member engagement with LCLD; (2) Nominating an LCLD Fellow and an LCLD Pathfinder; and (3) Participating in an LCLD Pipeline Program.
Partner Kelley Gordon was named as the firm’s LCLD Fellow for 2025, while Associates Daniel Gonzalez and Gabrielle Sue were elected as Pathfinders. Marshall Gerstein has been involved with LCLD since 2021 as part of its effort to support DEI within the legal industry, and we remain committed and involved in LCLD’s important programming and mission-driven work. The firm, along with several of its clients, participates in numerous LCLD activities throughout the year.
