MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Matt Ackmann (Trusts and Estates), Tomás Clasen (Real Estate) and Joia Wodarczyk (Real Estate) have been elected shareholders of the firm.

Ackmann is a shareholder in Reinhart's Trusts and Estates Practice, focusing primarily on estate and tax planning for business owners and wealthy families. Licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois, Ackmann works to ensure his clients' legacies are protected and their beneficiaries, whether they be family members, friends and/or charities, are efficiently provided for. He believes in letting his clients guide discussions so that he fully understands their concerns and plans for business, medical and financial decisions. Ackmann earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.

Clasen is a shareholder in Reinhart's Real Estate Practice, assisting with transactions that alter the landscape in positive ways. He counsels clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including purchasing and sales, leasing, entitlements, construction law, tax incremental financing and conventional financing. He has extensive experience working with municipalities on land use entitlements and zoning issues. He also handles licensing work in the food and beverage arena, helping businesses secure beer and liquor licenses through state and local agencies. Clasen earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

Wodarczyk is a shareholder in Reinhart's Real Estate Practice, assisting clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development. She is experienced in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, zoning and entitlements issues, public and private financing, leasing and in collaborating with opposing counsel and municipalities to move deals forward efficiently. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Downtown Madison, Inc., an organization focused on making downtown Madison a great place to work, live and play. Wodarczyk earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and California.
