HGF is hosting a The aftermath of G1/24 – has anything changed? Which will be followed by networking, apero, and snacks.
The Seminar will be held on Wednesday, 14th January from 5.00-8.00pm at Der Teufelhof Hotel Basel, The Archaeological Cellar.
Hsu Min Chung, Rob Walton and Chris Moore will be discussing how since the EPC was first established, there has been ongoing debate within the Boards of Appeal about how patent claims should be interpreted—strictly on their wording alone or with support from the description. With decision G1/24, the Enlarged Board of Appeal was finally asked to provide definitive guidance on this important question.
