Hunters has advised professional knowledge-sharing platform Mondaq Limited on its sale to Legalease, the owner of Legal500.

This deal follows a strong year of transactions for the Corporate and Commercial team, including advising Gresham House on its further investment in Fischer Farms, Q5D on its Series A Funding Round raising $13.5 million and Helios Underwriting (AIM: HUW) on its tender offer to shareholders.
