Taft Chicago partner Marcus Harris and Husch Blackwell's Jonah Heemstra co-chaired a program titled, "Mission (Not) Impossible: AI Protocol" which was delivered by a panel on Thursday November 13, 2025 as part of the educational programming series offered by The Richard Linn American Inn of Court. The discussion focused on the risks of implementing AI tools and effective strategies for mitigating those risks.
The discussion was moderated by Emily Moll (2L J.D. Candidate at Loyola University Chicago School of Law). The panelists included John Walker (IP attorney at Mughal Gaudry & Franklin PC), Kenny Matuszewski (IP attorney at Rozier Hardt McDonough PLLC), and a United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Magistrate Judge.
