Charlottetown
Kaylee Campbell maintains a broad practice with a focus on general litigation, employment and labour law, insurance litigation and administrative law. She was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2025 after completing her articles with the firm. Kaylee earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Health Administration in 2024 from Dalhousie University.
Samantha L. Hameline’s practice focuses on family law, residential real estate, and estates and trusts. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2015, following a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University in 2011, where she majored in criminology and human rights. Samantha was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2016 and to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2018.
Bridget Morriscey earned a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2018 and holds a BA in International Development from Dalhousie University. Called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2019, she has served as counsel for a major educational institution and as a Crown Attorney where she regularly appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Court of Prince Edward Island. Bridget’s practice focuses on general litigation and intellectual property law.
Summerside
Joy Payumo-Salgado maintains a general practice with a growing focus on estates and trusts, real estate law and family law. She was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2025 after completing her articles with Cox & Palmer in 2024. Joy holds an LL.M. from the University of Melbourne obtained in 2013. Before relocating to Canada, she gained significant legal experience as in-house counsel and as an associate professor at Saint Mary’s University in the Philippines.
