Award recipients included The Singers (Best Cinematography, dir. Sam Davis), Rise (Best Professional Short, dir. Jessica J. Rowlands), Charliebird (Best Narrative Feature, dir. This year’s festival showcased over 100 films selected from more than 2,500 submissions, celebrating excellence across narrative features, documentaries, shorts, and special jury categories. Other highlights of the festival included a sold-out screening of Netflix’s Frankenstein, written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, which received the SCAD Film Festival Audience Award.
