Giselle is a former federal prosecutor with over twenty years of litigation experience. She defends executives and corporations in high-stakes, government investigations, including investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. She also leads sensitive internal corporate investigations, including into allegations of compliance and ethics violations, and executive or board misconduct.
