BOSTON, December 3, 2025 – Proskauer is pleased to share that Connect CRE has recognized partner Katelyn O’Brien in its 2025 “Lawyers in Real Estate Awards.” Each year, Connect CRE honors commercial real estate’s standout attorneys who have made an impact through both their practice and contributions to the broader industry.
Katelyn is a partner in Proskauer’s Real Estate Department and part of the Firm’s Real Assets Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the financing, development, management, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. She has represented investors, developers and operators in a wide range of transactions related to real estate, and her experience spans various asset classes including life sciences, office, hotels, resorts, senior housing, industrial and retail.
Outside of her practice, Katelyn acts as co-chair of the hiring committee for Proskauer’s Boston office and is a mentor to associates, supporting the next generation of lawyers. She also serves on the Board of The Home for Little Wanderers, an organization that has been advocating for kids and families since 1799, and is actively involved in CREW Boston, New England’s leading network of professional women working in commercial real estate.
