Goodwin has advised Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG (“Hypo Vorarlberg”) as super senior lender in connection with the establishment of a new super senior revolving facility under the current senior facilities agreement for Aqua Group GmbH (“Aqua Group”) and certain of its subsidiaries.

Hypo Vorarlberg is the largest independent financial institution in Vorarlberg (Austria) with over 125 years of tradition, a balance sheet of approximately EUR 15 billion, and a clear market-leading position in corporate banking across the region. As a strong regional bank with 20 branches in Austria and Switzerland, it combines stability-focused, sustainable business practices with entrepreneurial thinking and holds a top position among Austrian banks.

Aqua Group with headquarters in Holzkirchen (Bavaria) is a company specialising in professional water and fire damage restoration services, operating through approx. 30 locations with more than 400 employees and offering comprehensive solutions from leak detection and drying services to complete renovation.
