The report highlights professionals working in the industry with “standout achievements that have earned them distinction across Los Angeles and Orange Counties and beyond.”

Yukiko Kojima is lauded for offering her clients “a unique experience with alternative delivery strategies for large-scale projects.” The Times further notes, “She co-authored the firm’s model social infrastructure P3 legislation and is rated nationally and globally by Chambers in the field of P3s.
