Honorees are selected by a committee of past recipients and the leadership team of Long Island Business News, representing the region's most influential women in business, government, and nonprofits.

Rachel is a Partner at Farrell Fritz, specializing in land use, permitting, and zoning. She previously served as the Town of Babylon's Commissioner of Planning and Development. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rachel is actively engaged in her community. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for the West Babylon Public Library since 2015, serving as President since 2017. Additionally, she is the President of the West Babylon Council of PTAs.
