All inclusive Fitness, a portfolio company of private equity firm NORD Holding, is one of the leading fitness providers in the German premium value segment. The acquisitions will expand the company to a total of 170 studios with nearly 650,000 members. In line with its brand name, all inclusive Fitness offers access to a holistic fitness and wellness experience – with the clear mission of making fitness and well-being an integral part of the lives of more and more people. In February 2025, the studios of the jumpers fitness and all inclusive Fitness brands were merged under the all inclusive Fitness brand, along with the holding company BestFit Group.

Goodwin's transaction team was led by partner Winfried Carli and included counsel Andreas Breu, associate Marius Garnatz, senior transaction lawyer Anna Zoth, transaction lawyer Rina Omura (all Private Equity/Finance) and associate Philipp Lauer (Tax).
