Taft, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the nation, announced today that it has signed a new lease with Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners and Wheelock Street Capital and will relocate to 300 Banyan. The full-floor lease spans 20,000-square feet on the ninth floor of the trophy-class boutique office in West Palm Beach’s Clematis Waterfront District. This building is part of Banyan & Olive, a luxury-lifestyle, Class-A office development that offers its tenants boutique hospitality amenities and services, the first of its kind in West Palm Beach.

“The distinctive style of 300 Banyan combines our heritage as a litigation boutique with Taft’s reputation as a modern law firm into an impactful new space for our clients and colleagues,” said Alan Rose, Taft’s Florida chairman and partner-in-charge of the West Palm Beach office. “With panoramic views that span from the intracoastal waterway to the courthouse, this is the perfect spot for us as we continue to grow in Florida.”

Taft entered the Florida market in June, completing its merger with Mrachek Law, an 18-attorney litigation boutique in Florida with offices in West Palm Beach and Stuart. Complementing this move, Taft also launched an office in Naples in June, expanding its Private Client practice to Florida as the firm focuses on serving clients throughout Florida’s most affluent markets.

Today, Taft is among the fastest-growing law firms in the country with a reputation for building a truly unique national platform that is home to more than 1,100 lawyers – and growing. On Dec. 31, 2025, Taft will complete its merger with Morris, Manning & Martin, a highly regarded firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., which will bring approximately 100 more lawyers to the Taft platform, expanding its position in the Southeast.

“We are thrilled that Taft’s leadership chose 300 Banyan for their expansion into West Palm Beach,” said Andrew Dance, Managing Partner, Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners. “Taft’s decision to join our distinguished list of industry-leading tenants underscores 300 Banyan’s appeal to the best firms in every industry.”

300 Banyan is part of Brand Atlantic’s Banyan & Olive development along with 111 Olive, a brand-new renovation of a three-story, historic building by famed architect John Volk. 300 Banyan includes six floors of office space, featuring 20,000-square foot floor plates with shaded private terraces on every other floor, floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic water views, energy efficient building materials and systems, column-free floorplans, 13’6” ceiling heights, and hands-free biometric building-access technologies. 300 Banyan offers an array of bespoke amenities, including an indoor-outdoor gym, seventh floor loggia and lounge, a golf simulator lounge, and commissioned art and sculptures throughout the property. The building also includes an 8,000-square foot restaurant with a signature garden dining room, a rooftop cocktail bar and lounge, a sidewalk café, and a private, six-story garage with executive parking and valet.

Brian Gale, Vice Chairman, and Anthony Librizzi, Managing Director, from Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Derek Baker of Colliers represented the tenant.
