Rachel is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups, where she focuses on franchise law and a broad range of corporate matters. She advises franchisors on all aspects of franchise system development, disclosure compliance, registration and renewals, and the legal considerations involved in managing and scaling franchise operations. Her work spans industries including food and beverage, retail and cannabis, with a focus on helping brands expand while navigating evolving regulatory complexity.
In addition to her franchise practice, Rachel counsels businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and early-stage financings. Before joining Donahue Fitzgerald, she was a securities and capital markets associate at a large international law firm, where she represented public and private companies in equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, SPACs, and venture financings.
She holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
