The Technology team advised The Routing Company on a strategic technology licensing and talent agreement with autonomous vehicle developer Zoox. Under the terms of the deal, Zoox has purchased a nonexclusive license to The Routing Company’s proprietary transit-matching technology and will onboard five of the company’s engineers to help scale its robotaxi service.
The Routing Company is a transportation technology company that partners with public transit agencies to provide on-demand ride-matching and dynamic routing solutions. Its platform has powered more than 3 million rides across 13 US states and five countries, helping agencies improve service efficiency and accessibility.
