Jonathan brings experience in counseling clients to secure federal trademark registrations, overcoming USPTO refusals, and navigating complex IP disputes. He regularly advises on trademark clearance, copyright matters, DMCA issues, advertising law, and patent-related strategies. His work also includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of intellectual property agreements, conducting IP audits, and performing due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
He earned his undergraduate degree in environmental design from the University of Colorado and his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
