of the digital transformation solutions business of U.S.-based
audio products maker, Harman (a Samsung company) for US$ 375
million, aiming to bolster its AI-led engineering services across
sectors.
The transaction was led by Senior Partners Srinath Dasari and
Bhuvana Veeraragavan, Senior Associate Mridula Sriram, Associates
Niranjan Kumar and Amirthamayee Chandra Shekar; and included
Partner Aditya Singh Chandel, Senior Associates Suhail Bansal and
