A lifelong Baltimorean, Jordan channels his commitment to the city's revitalization into a sophisticated tax-incentivized development practice, structuring projects that harness New Markets Tax Credits, Redevelopment Tax Credits and Opportunity Zone incentives to spark equitable growth across Baltimore's neighborhoods.
