She serves as chair of shareholders’ general meetings in various companies, both public and private, demonstrating her expertise in corporate governance.

Before joining Castrén & Snellman in 2018, Teresa worked in M&A at another Finnish law firm and was on a secondment in a stock-exchange-listed firm, gaining first-hand insight into the day-to-day work of in-house counsel. Her professional journey began in journalism, a background which has given her a broad understanding of the business environment and shaped her clear, concise communication style – both qualities that resonate strongly with clients and colleagues alike. She has been named a Thought Leader by Lexology Index: M&A and Governance 2025.
