The Board’s mission is to advance Queensborough Community College through philanthropic endeavors and programs that benefit students directly and enhance their Queensborough experience.

A partner at Farrell Fritz, Ilene is a distinguished trusts and estates litigator and estate planner with extensive experience in Surrogate’s Courts across New York. Formerly Chief Law Assistant of the Suffolk County Surrogate’s Court, she has held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Law Section and President of the Suffolk County Bar Association, and she is a Fellow of ACTEC and the New York Bar Foundation. A prolific writer and educator, Ilene authors multiple columns, has published a textbook and scholarly works on trusts and estates, and serves as an adjunct professor at Touro Law School while sitting on its Board of Governors.
