HOUSTON (August 25, 2025) – Holland & Knight has strengthened its Healthcare Transactions Practice with the addition of Christina McNamara as a partner in Houston. Ms. McNamara previously served as counsel at King & Spalding.
Ms. McNamara's practice focuses on a wide variety of transactional, operational, reimbursement and regulatory matters for healthcare providers and suppliers, including ambulatory surgical centers, home health agencies, hospices, hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, medical schools and clinical laboratories. She regularly assists healthcare clients with negotiating complex healthcare transactions and navigating related regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement and facility licensure and certification issues. She has significant experience in healthcare due diligence and regulatory reimbursement implications of changes of ownership through her work on numerous healthcare transactions.
Ms. McNamara's addition to the Healthcare Section follows that of Partner Juliet McBride, who joined Holland & Knight's Houston office, and Partner Becca Waltuch, who joined the Firm's Boston office, in July.

Ms. McNamara earned a J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. degree from Rice University.
