SEATTLE (August 20, 2025) – Holland & Knight advised AuthenticID, a pioneer in the identity verification and fraud detection space and a portfolio company of Long Ridge Equity Partners, in its sale to Incode Technologies Inc., the global leader in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven identity and trust technologies and a portfolio company of General Atlantic. The transaction was announced on August 19.
The deal unites two trusted names, forming an integrated AI powerhouse built for the next era of secure, scalable and intelligent digital identity – a market projected to grow to $116 billion by 2027.
Headquartered in Kirkland, Washington, AuthenticID has deep domain experience in verifying government-issued identification documents and is used by the world's leading financial services firms, wireless carriers and identity verification platforms.
