Highland, Ind. (August 19, 2025) – Northwest Indiana Partner Tricia Bellich will present on two workers' compensation topics at the upcoming National Business Institute (NBI) webinar on August 25 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

In the first session titled "How Does Workers' Comp Interact With Other Statutes?" Ms. Bellich will dive into the relationship between workers' compensation and the FMLA, ADA, third-party injury claims, and subrogation. In the second session titled "Workers' Compensation Ethics: Navigating Your Legal Duties," Ms. Bellich will cover client misrepresentation, confidentiality, settlement negotiations, contingency fee rules, and ethical advertising. CLE credits are available.

Ms. Bellich is a member of Lewis Brisbois' Workers' Compensation and General Liability Practices. She serves as a trainer, speaker, and mentor – on a national scale – in the area of workers' compensation. Mr. Bellich regularly counsels smaller local companies as well as large corporations on best practices in claims management, return-to-work issues, and the importance of an inclusive, positive culture in the workplace.
