Hunters advised AJ Lucas Group Ltd (ASX: AJL), an Australian-listed energy company, on its recent group refinancing and settling an LCIA arbitration.
Hunters' Corporate Finance Team acted for AJ Lucas on its recently completed group refinancing of its senior syndicated secured term loan facilities provided by Balmain. The newly-increased facility of AUS$50m, which includes security over the group's UK assets, enabled AJ Lucas to repay its junior facility provided by HSBC, whilst also extending the funding term.
Hunters' Dispute Resolution Team also assisted AJ Lucas in a recently settled LCIA arbitration. Hunters instructed the excellent Chris Smith KC and Joe England of Quadrant Chambers.
David Wilson (Partner) was assisted by Piers Larbey (Partner) and Giorgio Pizzetti (Associate) in the refinancing, and Clare Brennan (Partner) and Flora Hipkin (Paralegal) in the LCIA arbitration.
