Barbara Klepper has joined Foley Hoag as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D. C. office as part of the Tax practice. She has over a decade of experience in counseling clients on executive compensation planning, equity compensation, employee benefits, and other tax matters.
“Barbara has a track record of helping clients navigate complex transactions to identify solutions, and her arrival will further strengthen our tax group,” said Tax Chair Kip Cawley. “We’re pleased to welcome her to the firm.”
Klepper represents both public and private companies, and frequently advises on tax and compensation aspects of various business transactions. She counsels investment fund managers on ERISA compliance, and helps tax-exempt charitable organizations and private foundations on formation and governance.
