Appleby Jersey acted as listing agent for Kayk Capital Limited, in relation to a further tranche of GBP3,000,000 8% Unsecured Loan Notes due 2040, which have been listed on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).
This additional listing brings Kayk Capital ever closer to reaching its £20m capital raising target through TISE.
Kayk Capital is building a commercial property portfolio consisting of office, retail, student and mixed use properties as well as investing in other property related investments (REITS etc) in the UK. The portfolio capital value will be enhanced through developing and investing in the properties as well as renegotiating lease terms with the tenants in order to generate long term stable returns.
Partner Christophe Kalinauckas, who led the team, said: "We are pleased once again to have acted as a facilitator for listings on The International Stock Exchange – we are particularly delighted to assist Kayk Capital with the listing of these notes on TISE." The Appleby listing team included Paralegal Holly Tanguy and Trainee Solicitor Sinead Laffoley.
