David is known for his expertise in domestic and international commercial arbitration. His practice includes major construction, infrastructure and manufacturing disputes. He regularly represents clients in high-stakes, multi-party proceedings. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and is recognized for his strategic, business-focused approach.
His appointment to the CIArb Canada board reflects his longstanding commitment to the development of arbitration in Canada and internationally.
