Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its Washington, D.C. office, as well as its litigation and government relations practice, with the addition of three highly accomplished attorneys. This move reflects the firm’s broader strategy to expand its national presence and strengthen its ability to provide strategic litigation and government advocacy, offering the inventive and effective solutions clients have come to expect in the most challenging cases.

The firm is delighted to welcome Stacy Shore, who will serve as Senior Counsel to augment Klasko’s expanding government relations, immigration compliance, and corporate practices; Duncan Fulton, who joins as a Senior Associate on the litigation and EB-5 teams; and Anabel Nataros, who joins as a Senior Associate on the corporate immigration team.

“This is an exciting moment of growth for Klasko Immigration Law Partners,” said William (Bill) Stock, the firm’s Managing Partner. “The addition of Stacy, Duncan, and Anabel enhances our ability to serve clients at the highest level across some of the most dynamic and complex areas of immigration law. Their experience will allow us to continue to deliver exceptional service with the depth and agility our clients have come to expect.”

Timothy D’Arduini, Partner-in-Charge of the D.C. office, added: “We are thrilled to welcome these talented attorneys to our growing D.C. team. Stacy’s leadership at the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Labor and Duncan’s deep expertise at the Office of Immigration Litigation at the Department of Justice, in particular, represent a critical expansion of our ability to support clients navigating agency processes and policy-level matters in multidimensional ways. I look forward to working closely with each of them as we continue to build our D.C. presence.”

Stacy Shore, Senior Counsel

Stacy Shore brings decades of experience in immigration law, policy, and federal agency leadership. She will lead strategic efforts liaising with government agencies and advising on complex immigration matters that may benefit from nuanced, policy-informed insight. Shore’s distinguished background includes prior senior roles in government and engagements as an expert on immigration policy, including as the Acting Deputy Ombudsman at the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman and as the National PERM Program Manager at the Office of Foreign Labor Certification within the Department of Labor. Her addition strengthens the firm’s ability to advocate for clients navigating sensitive, policy-driven, or particularly intricate immigration challenges requiring creative and client-centered solutions.

Duncan Fulton, Senior Associate

Duncan Fulton joins Klasko Immigration Law Partners from the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served as a federal litigator in the Office of Immigration Litigation. As a Senior Associate, he will support the firm’s expanding litigation practice, collaborating closely with Ron Klasko and Brian Green on immigration litigation. Duncan will also support the nationally recognized EB-5 team, assisting clients in navigating litigation options challenging unreasonable or unfair delays and adjudications in investment-based immigration petitions. With a history of public service and legal advocacy, he brings both strategic insight and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate high-stakes immigration matters.

“Immigration law is increasingly being challenged in the courts, and we are seeing more clients with litigation needs that require strategic, start-to-finish support,” said Ron Klasko, Chairman of the firm. “Duncan’s DOJ experience and litigation skillset will bolster our commitment to delivering effective solutions for the most complex immigration cases.”

Anabel Nataros, Senior Associate

Anabel Nataros joins the firm’s corporate immigration practice as a Senior Associate, where she advises employers on employment-based immigration, including H-1B, PERM, and L-1 matters. With experience across the business immigration lifecycle, from large corporations to nonprofits and startups, she is known for providing strategic, high-touch counsel to HR and legal teams. Her bilingual background and cultural fluency add a layer of empathy and understanding to her legal work, especially with individuals and families navigating life-altering transitions.

In an increasingly complex global immigration landscape, Klasko Immigration Law Partners remains committed to delivering innovative and effective solutions – whether for routine matters or highly complex challenges. Employers and professionals seeking trusted counsel in employment-based immigration are encouraged to connect with a Klasko immigration attorney to learn how our team can support their goals.
