Klasko Immigration's ICU provides strategic immigration solutions for startups and employers, from securing H-1Bs for key talent to establishing new offices and supporting entrepreneurial ventures, as well as customized immigration and nationality solutions for individuals and their families. Megan brings extensive experience providing strategic legal immigration counsel to individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions on a wide range of immigration matters.-Prior to joining Klasko Immigration, Megan served as the Managing Partner of an immigration law firm in western Massachusetts, where she advised a diverse client base in employment-based immigration matters and oversaw the firm's removal defense and humanitarian relief practice.
In 2024-2025, Megan also served as an Appellate Immigration Judge with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in Falls Church, VA, where she reviewed nationwide immigration court decisions, with a particular focus on asylum and other humanitarian relief. Additionally, she is a fellow at Cornell Law School and a senior attorney on their Path2Papers project, which focuses on finding long-term immigration pathways for DACA recipients.
