Young Moore's Managing Partner, Dawn M. Dillon, will serve as moderator at the upcoming ALFA International 2025 Labor & Employment Seminar, taking place June 11–13, 2025, at the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, Florida.
Dawn will moderate a session titled "Remote Control: Managing the New Post-COVID Workforce," which explores how employment practices have evolved in the five years since the pandemic began. The panel will address topics such as remote work, automation, mental health, cybersecurity, and hiring trends, followed by a roundtable discussion on what's working, what's not, and how companies can adapt. She will be joined by Elliot Miller, Senior Legal Counsel at WOWZA Media Systems, Mickey Clark, Senior Legal Counsel at O'Reilly Automotive, and Gero Schneider, an attorney with Tiefenbacher in Germany.
An employment attorney with over 25 years of experience, Dawn is the first woman to serve as Managing Partner at Young Moore since its founding in 1954. She co-leads the firm's Employment and Workers' Compensation litigation team, advising clients on a wide range of matters including workers' compensation claims, non-compete agreements, harassment and retaliation issues, and compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and FLSA. Dawn is also experienced in drafting and enforcing employment agreements. A frequent speaker on employment and workers' compensation topics, she is actively involved in leadership roles across legal and business communities.
