Throwback to Paris Arbitration Week2025: "Regional Perspectives on Arbitration in Eastern Europe and Central Asia: Trends and Key Considerations" brought the spotlight to some of the most dynamic and fast-evolving jurisdictions in international arbitration.

With a distinguished panel, Sergii Melnyk (KNOETZL), Kevin Nash (London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)), Rostislav Pekař (Squire Patton Boggs), Anna Guillard Sazhko (independent arbitrator and counsel), and Nataliia Bertagna-Tuzheliak (White & Case LLP) moderated by Alexandra Wintrebert (Ankura), the discussion explored shifting legal landscapes, practical strategies, and key trends shaping arbitration across the region.

Adding a cultural touch, participants also enjoyed a taste of Ukraine with traditional delicacies — a perfect complement to a cross-regional conversation.

The event was organized by Nash Arbitrazh and Ankura, with the kind support of White & Case LLP.
