The week brings together leading arbitration and mediation professionals from across the globe, with discussions on the latest trends, challenges, and developments in the field.

The panel will dive into practical scenarios such as allegations of illegality and corruption, the handling of unlawfully obtained or privileged evidence, and the role of the iura novit curia doctrine.
