Luxembourg’s Investment Management team advised our long-standing client EQT Fund Management on the successful closing of EQT Infrastructure VI, which raised EUR 21.5 billion in total commitments, including EUR 21.3 billion in fee-generating assets under management. This exceeded the EUR 20 billion target and hit hard-cap.
Our team advised EQT on Luxembourg regulatory, financing and legal aspects of the structuring of the fund, the fundraising process and the subscription line facility of EQT Infrastructure VI.
