With a legal career that spans both private practice and an in-house counsel role at a national bank, combined with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Jennifer brings our clients a unique blend of financial insight and legal knowledge.
Jennifer's services include acquisitions, sales and/or financings of commercial real estate properties; commercial leases; commercial real estate transactions; contract drafting, review, and negotiation; corporate transactions; drafting land-related agreements, including easements, rights-of-way, covenants, etc.; due diligence; financing and private mortgage loan agreements; lease and assignment of lease drafting and review; and residential, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use development.
