Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Sameeul Haque has joined the firm's Chicago office as an Associate.
Sameeul focuses his practice on intellectual property, including intellectual property litigation, counseling, and procurement. He represents a wide range of businesses in intellectual property enforcement efforts, as well as counseling and litigating on behalf of businesses in general commercial matters throughout all phases of litigation. Sameeul also has experience implementing human rights norms in ethical open-source software licenses, mass anti-counterfeiting matters, and IP infringement litigation.
Sameeul is deeply involved in the legal community, serving as Vice President of the Organization for Ethical Source, Co-Vice President of Public Relations for the South Asian Bar Association of Chicago, and adjunct professor for trial advocacy at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he volunteers as a coach for the trial advocacy team. Sameeul received his B.S. from Benedictine University and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
