The team from PLMJ and PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados, part of PLMJ Colab, advised the Jean Boulle Group on the development of the N'Dumba concession (for prospecting, mining and trading diamonds) in Luanda, Angola.
The concession will be operated by a joint venture between the Jean Boulle Group and the Empresa Nacional de Diamantes de Angola.
PLMJ Colab advised the Jean Boulle Group on the negotiation of the Mining Investment Contract with the Angolan Mineral Resources Agency and Endiama. The agreement was signed at Indaba Mining 2025, the 31st International Mining Conference and Exhibition, held on 4 February in Cape Town, South Africa.
The multidisciplinary team of lawyers was led by Renata Valenti, partner of PLMJ Colab - RVA Advogados and PLMJ, and Rúben Brigolas, senior counsel of PLMJ, and included Orlando Buta, associate of RVA Advogados, and Carolina Inverno Branco, associate of PLMJ, among other lawyers from different practice areas.
