Schellenberg Wittmer is pleased to announce the election of Pascal Hubli as the Firm's new Managing Partner, succeeding Philippe Bärtsch, whose tenure comes to an end after three terms at the Management Committee and 5 years as Managing Partner. Pascal has been with the firm since 2007, when he joined as an Associate, and has been Partner in our Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Zurich since 2017.
We are also pleased to announce the election of Grégoire Wuest (Banking & Finance) to the Management Committee, joining Urs Hoffmann-Nowotny (Dispute Resolution), who was elected earlier this summer, Caroline Clemetson (Banking & Finance), and Pascal Hubli (Mergers & Acquisitions).
We would like to sincerely thank Philippe for his dedicated and inspirational leadership as Managing Partner. Philippe personified our values and positioned us for ongoing success. Under his leadership, the Firm achieved remarkable milestones, grew in size and reputation, and consistently delivered excellent service to our clients. Philippe will carry on as Vice-Chair of our International Arbitration Practice Group and as Co-Head of our Sports Practice Group.
