Schoenherr advised mBank S.A. on the preparation and negotiation of the required financial documentation for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Systell group companies by Focus Telecom Polska sp. z o.o., a company in the MCI Capital fund portfolio.
This acquisition of a former competitor will strengthen Focus Telecom's position as a leader in contact centre software in Poland and significantly expand its presence as the largest provider of modern solutions in the Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) model in that market.
Focus Telecom has been operating in the ICT industry since 2008 and currently employs more than 100 people. The company provides systems for managing customer communications across channels, including phone, email, chat, SMS and social media, as well as customer service tools (known as Customer Experience as a Service). It also offers a cloud-based PBX.
