Silvana Curteanu-Tihon joins as a Senior Associate, bringing significant expertise in consumer protection, intellectual property, data privacy, technology & media, and gambling law. She advises a diverse range of local and international clients on regulatory compliance matters, commercial agreements, and consumer law, with a particular focus on the digital, media, and gambling industries.
Silvana provides comprehensive support to companies in navigating EU and Romanian regulations, including data protection, advertising, and intellectual property, and represents clients before relevant Romanian public authorities. Silvana is a member of the Bucharest Bar and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master's in European Union Law (LLM) from the University of Bucharest.
Flavia Mincu joins WH Simion & Partners as an Associate, specialising in Corporate and M&A, general commercial and intellectual property. She advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal issues, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate structuring, and day-to-day corporate advisory.
Flavia also provides legal support on arbitration proceedings, regulatory compliance (with a focus on the gaming and gambling sector), and intellectual property matters. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bucharest.
