Attorney Ramey Sylvester has been named as a Board Member for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. She is elected at the December Board meeting to a three-year term effective January 1, 2024.
Ramey is a Director in the firm's Corporate Department. Her practice focuses on business and transactional matters for a wide range of clients, with a particular concentration on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, private offerings, and corporate governance. In addition to her corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities work, she also represents clients in an array of business and family immigration matters.
