The Paris Private Equity team advised Avizio Group, a digital recruitment firm acquired in 2022 by European Digital Group, on the acquisition of Mobiskill Group to form WEFY Group.
WEFY Group's ambition is to achieve €80 million in revenues by 2028, meeting the HR needs of all businesses, from start-ups to major corporations.
Mobiskill Group supports start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and large groups in their digital transformation and the recruitment of their technical profiles.
Goodwin also advised European Digital Group and Montefiore Investment on this transaction.
Goodwin previously advised European Digital Group on its acquisition of Avizio Group in 2022.
