Part 1 - Learning Session 12 – 2:30 p.m. Learning modules focused on four key areas:

1. Lightning round
A rapid-fire round of developments overseas, a litigation update, and new this year: our interactive Two Truths and a Lie (About Privacy) game.

2. Trend forecasting: Enforcement
Understanding enforcement powers/process, factors driving the imposition of fines/penalties, and how organizations can build due diligence programs to reduce penalties if investigated.

3. Managing risk: Vendor service agreements
Both controllers and processors have new obligations and new risks (automated decision making, AI, children's privacy). Learn what you need to include/avoid in vendor contracts.

Using de-identification and anonymization to unlock new uses of personal information – Can you? Should you? How?
