ISOLAS LLP are honoured to have been engaged by His Majesty's Government of Gibraltar in relation to the £90 million project over the Eastside reclamation by the TNG Global Foundation group of companies.
The Eastside Project is a major urban regeneration initiative in Gibraltar, conceived as a high-quality residential mixed-use development which includes the construction of a revetment worth over £100 million. The project is expected to have an economic impact of over £2.75 billion and will include the development of several new buildings, a marina, public parking, botanical garden, waterside promenade and retail high street amongst other facilities. This is a visionary project and one which will be of great benefit to Gibraltar as a whole over the coming years.
The ISOLAS team led by Senior Partner Peter Isola and Partners Christian Hernandez, Mark Isola KC and Samantha Grimes advised the Government on all aspects relating to the agreement that will form the blueprints for the project as well as the leases relating to the same.
The Chief Minister, the Hon Fabian Picardo KC MP, thanked the legal team at ISOLAS LLP for their "extraordinary work and diligence", which has enabled HMGoG to finalise the conveyance of the plot in question.
