Two Marshall Gerstein Attorneys Selected for 2023 Crain's Chicago Business' Notable Litigators and Trial Attorneys

Tom Duston is praised for his significant victories for his clients and his meaningful pro bono work. Ben Horton, chair of the firm's IP Litigation Practice, is lauded for his work representing Fortune 100 companies, as well as cutting-edge research and development institutions and startups in high-tech disputes.
