The Monthly Tax and Players' Liability Report is to be compiled by licencees on a monthly basis, reporting on players' funds, dormant accounts and tax due per licence. This information is due by the 20th day of every month following the reporting period, and is to be submitted by the Key Official as per Remote Gaming Regulations (S.L. 438.04).
The Report must be submitted in the following formats, by completing the form below:
- a document in an excel format (.xls)
- a signed scanned copy of the document in pdf format
