GVZH Advocates contributes to Van Olmen & Wynant Report, "Should Aircrew Be Declared Posted?" An action in the framework of the EU Commission's Support for social dialogue – and a project under grant agreement for and action with multiple beneficiaries agreement with the financial support of the European Union.
Together with other European law firms, GVZH contributed to this initiative launched by Van Olmen & Wynant. The main scope of this report is to provide social partners with external professional information about posting in aviation within the European Union.
