'국가지식산권국의 일부 특허청 특허 비용 표준 조정 및 감면 정책에 관한 공고(제594호)'1)와 CNIPA와 세계지식재산기구가 체결한 'PCT 비용의 지불에 관한 양해각서'2)에 따라 2024년 12월 1일부터 중국-EU PCT 국제조사기관 시범 프로젝트에서 CNIPA가 EPO를 대신하여 국제조사 수수료를 징수함
