May 17, 2017 - Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3687 people to apply for Permanent Residence to Canada through Express Entry. The number of invitations issued decreased by 109 invitations from the last draw on May 4, 2017. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 415, a drop of 8 points from the last round.

This CRS cut-off is similar to the other draws that have taken place over recent weeks and months, which have seen lowest qualifying score move from the mid-400s down to the low-400s. To date, the lowest ever threshold, 415, was April 19, 2017 and today's draw.
